I’ve spent years inside the systems I’m now asking people to question.

Not just an outside view.

I’ve led teams, worked through organisational change and navigated politics. I’ve challenged decisions, made mistakes and played by rules I didn’t agree with. I’ve learned, sometimes the hard way, what happens when you speak up.

I’ve also seen what changes when a manager listens instead of defending, a colleague asks the question everyone is avoiding, or a team decides the familiar isn’t good enough.

We have more influence over what becomes normal than we sometimes realise. I don’t want to simply describe what’s wrong with workplaces, I want to participate in making something different possible. Through coaching, leadership development and strategic facilitation, I want to help other find their agency to do the same.
